The Dewprism.
The Dewprism (デュープリズム Dyūpurizumu) is a relic created by the Aeon Valen, and is important to the lore of Threads of Fate. It is a supreme magical treasure that commands various aspects of the universe. Life, death, will, reason, space-time, truth, emptiness, and the light of all existence are under the Dewprism's control. However, harnessing its power could cause the annihilation and renewal of reality.
History[]
After Valen created the Dewprism several hundred years ago, the other Aeons worked together to kill him, fearing he would use the Dewprism to reshape the universe in his image. To preserve his life, Valen separated his soul from his physical body, sealing it away in a dimension that not even an Aeon could break. He also created artificial life forms called dolls, each one imbued with a fraction of the Dewprism's power. These dolls were ordered to seek out the Dewprism upon waking, which they would use to resurrect Valen and free him from his dimension.
Many years later, people from around the world began searching for the Dewprism relic. In Rue's case, he sought the relic in order to resurrect his friend Claire, who was tragically killed by Doll Master. As for Mint, she longed for world domination after being cast out of East Heaven Kingdom by her sister Maya.
